What your day will look like:

• You will manage the student enrollment, registration, and withdrawal process.
• You will handle the coordination of Special Education Case Conferences.
• You will be creating and maintaining student permanent record files.
• You will be assisting with summer registration.
• You will ensure student entries in PowerSchool are up-to-date and accurate.
• You will be assisting the central office staff with state reporting responsibilities.
• You will be equesting new student records and sending withdrawn student records.
• You will communicate with each grade level counselor/administrator.
• You will be assisting in the main office as needed (Phones, copying, Fax, Printing, Organizing, etc.).
• This is a 40 hour per week position, working 5 days beyond the end of the school year and returning 15 days prior to the start of the school year.

• You have worked hard to earn a H.S. Diploma or equivalency.
• You have a sound knowledge of Powerschool and creating a Master Schedule in PowerSchool.
• You have experience with computers and office equipment, including Google.
• You have an understanding of state student sites and STN’s. 
• You can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
